"LIZAR" is friends with a fantastic Roman who has devoted his entire adult life to the mysterious world of coffee. And this is Maestro Torrefattore Francesco Capobianco.
He heard, accepted and understood "LIZAR" as a native.
He was imbued with the emotional component of our ideology, combined all our fantasies with his own and created exactly what "LIZAR" dreamed of.

Describing the coffee collections from "LIZAR", let's start with the fact that it is exclusively natural coffee without GMO and flavorings. This is fundamental for you and for us, and it is absolutely "Analogous".

We are not looking for easy ways and create each collection from a clean slate, for many years and for us.

It was not easy to get a blend with these emotions. We did not want to substitute feelings when after a cup, even a fragrant espresso; there is a heartbeat and uncontrolled, sharpened feelings.
